For the past decade, Terry McTigue has been been the President and CEO of Integrity Energy Solutions Group, located in New York, where he brings leading energy solution technologies to facilities in the United States.
“Integrity Energy Solutions Group was founded with the purpose of providing our clients with economic and sustainable solutions to attain efficient energy output, while providing real returns on their investments.”
Terry is an active member of the International District Energy Association. As both a conference attendee and IESG as an exhibitor, Mr. McTigue is engaged and well received throughout the energy network. By providing the green technologies to refine and better appropriate the use of energy throughout any commercial or industrial location. IESG has been able to assist companies such as MIT, Harvard University and New York Presbyterian Hospital. Terry’s current focus within this field of work is with ElectroCell Systems. ElectroCell Systems is a global manufacturer that has designed and built innovative, patented system, which increases efficiency and reliability in water systems of commercial, industrial, and institutional HVAC facilities. Before IESG Terry has been in the entrepreneurial business for a long period of time, with success in previously founded companies such as Action Computer Supplies, JVC Computer Supplies, and Shield It All. Director of Operations, Integrity Energy Solutions Group (IESG) Jack McTigue serves as the Director of Operations at Integrity Energy Solutions Group (IESG), where he has been instrumental since 2019 in delivering cutting- edge and efficient energy technologies to clients. With a strong focus on innovation and sustainability, Jack is dedicated to enhancing operational excellence and driving customer satisfaction. Jack brings the newest and most efficient energy technologies to our clients. Before joining IESG, he was the Regional Sales Manager from 2013 to 2019, where he honed his skills in sales strategy and team leadership. Jack holds a Bachelor of Arts in Marketing from Villanova University, equipping him with a solid foundation in business principles that he applies to his work in the energy sector. His commitment to advancing energy solutions and fostering client relationships makes him a key asset to the IESG team.

Meet Richard Costello, “hall of famer”, the Energy Managers Hall of Fame from 2006, that is. Costello has been batting home runs in the energy field for years. Three years previous to the hall of fame honor, Costello received the 2003 Energy Professional of the Year Award from the Association of Energy Engineers, of which he is a past president. These days, Costello, P.E., is the president of Acela Energy Group, a Massachusetts-based energy consulting group specializing in energy procurement, load management, energy conservation training, auditing, and onsite wind and solar generation projects. His experience and knowledge base touches upon multiple platforms: load management, utility services, energy conservation, power, natural gas, and tariff-related negotiations and agreements. Previously, Costello has served as the power supply manager for the Massachusetts Bay Transportation Authority as well as a senior engineer in Boston Edison’s load management department. Costello is not keeping all of that knowledge and experience to himself; he teaches the next generation of energy professionals as an instructor for the Association of Energy Engineers. Pick a topic, and chances are he’s certified to teach it: Costello holds certifications as an energy manager, energy procurement professional, lighting efficiency professional, demand-side management professional, green building engineer, and business energy professional. He is certified in building energy and sustainability training, and is a qualified energy analyst. As if that isn’t enough to keep him busy, Costello also provides business and sales consulting services to energy service companies across the country.

Calvin has been in the insulation industry since 1990. He started out as the operations manager of Custom Insulation Fabricators. We designed and fabricated removable insulation covers mainly for industrial insulation contractors. In 2006 he became a member of international heat & frost insulators Local 37. He worked in the field as an insulator until 2011, when the owner of the company he was working for started a removable insulation fabrication company Fit Tight Covers. In 2011 he became the general manager and in 2023 he got promoted to vice president. In the last 10 years he have seen significant advances in materials and manufacturing processes that have brought removable Insulation covers from a small seldom talked about part of the construction/maintenance process to a highly valued way to save energy and labor dollars.

Mr. Brown is the President of KB Squared with more than 30 years of experience in developing mechanical retrofit projects focusing on energy conservation and sustainability.

Mr. Brown is the President of KB Squared with more than 30 years of experience in developing mechanical retrofit projects focusing on energy conservation and sustainability. He has developed more than $1 Billion in performance contracts in the MUSH (Municipality, University, School, Hospital) and Federal markets all over the United States. He was appointed to ABM’s Expert Advisory Council in 2020 and helped to build ABM’s Enhanced Facility program. He is a technical advisor to several organizations trying to mitigate climate change including Carbon Reform. In his current role, he assists clients in achieving their ESG goals along with strategic planning towards decarbonization. Mr. Brown is an Aerospace Engineer from Auburn University and is proud to serve as Treasurer for the Energy Management Association (EMA). Kevin is also very active in ASHRAE, Chairing TC 2.8 Building Environmental Impacts and Sustainability and serving on the exam committees for HBDP and the upcoming CDP as well as several technical and standards committees. He holds the following credentials: PE, EMP, HBDP, CEM, CIAQP, CMVP, LEED AP.

Bill Holub has over thirty-five years of technical field experience with process control instrumentation and the generation and utilization of steam. This practical and technical knowledge in both areas was acquired from leaders in the food, refining, petrochemical and other industries who have helped me successfully pinpoint and solve chronic, costly process problems for their companies. My background in the function and application of steam traps has provided the know-how to solve problems, such as those caused by unchecked and misapplied traps. Sometimes, simple changes produce quick paybacks and a safer environment. But, my job is more than handling trap difficulties. It is to educate and help customers make wise energy-saving decisions. The prime goal is not to produce short-term fixes, rather practical solutions that improve processes and reduce maintenance, usage of fuel, chemicals and water. Author of Survey-Pro Guide. This 141 page, 5-1/2" x 8-1/2" paperback has color pictures including details on steam trap selection, discusses which traps waste steam right out of the box and which traps have zero steam loss. With a deep understanding of energy management and a passion for environmental sustainability, Bobby Peras has dedicated his career to helping organizations reduce their energy consumption and carbon footprint and improve operations. Bobby Peras holds a BS in Electrical and Computer Engineering and a MS in Energy Management from New York Institute of Technology, where he developed a strong foundation in building engineering and energy systems. His expertise spans a wide range of areas, including energy audits, retro commissioning, building automation and HVAC systems, lighting systems, and advanced energy-saving technologies. Bobby Peras is known for his ability to design and implement low-cost comprehensive energy efficiency and operational strategies that deliver significant cost savings and environmental benefits. Throughout his career, Bobby Peras has worked with a diverse array of clients, including commercial businesses, industrial facilities, and residential properties. He has successfully led numerous Local Law 84 and 87 projects that have resulted in compliance with Department of Buildings and is currently working on many Local Law 88 projects that are expected to be in compliance by the end of the year. His innovative approach to complete these projects combines technical expertise with practical solutions tailored to each client's unique needs. In addition to his professional achievements, Bobby Peras is committed to educating the workforce and the next generation of energy professionals. He has been teaching energy efficiency courses at the CUNY School of Professional Studies for the past 6 years and is always actively seeking more teaching engagements.
